How our carcass meat prepared
All our carcass meat is cut and prepared traditionally all on the premises
What services do we offer, such as bespoke cuts etc.
All our orders are prepared individually with care to their own specification, we are always happy to advise on any cooking queries. We offer catering and wholesale supplies and price on application.
